What was happening
In business financing there are two worlds that almost never touch: what the client sees — their application, their documents, their status — and what the analyst sees. They're usually two systems, and the gap between them is paid for in phone calls.
Crealsa has both in one place: the portal where the client uploads documents and passes identity verification, and the back-office where it's assessed, on the same data. Gateway notifications arrive by webhook and are logged.
