What was happening
A vending operator with 36 machines has the same problems as one with a thousand: knowing what's in each slot, charging correctly, and replenishing without overstocking or running dry. What it doesn't have is a team to solve them, or budget for a suite sold by modules.
Redpanda runs its 2,149 slots and 1,001 product references on the same platform as an estate of hundreds of machines, with payments arriving automatically from the card reader and planogram changes queued for the next visit.
