What was happening

FitVending operates healthy vending machines across Spain. Running an estate like this plays out in three places at once: knowing what's in every slot, learning that a machine has failed before the customer does, and running replenishment routes without overstocking or running dry.

All three now live in Gufi, on the same data: planograms for 204 machines and their 13,102 slots, alerts arriving from telemetry, and routes with their stops and pick lists. Card payments arrive automatically and are reconciled against what the machine actually dispensed.

Queried on 2026-10-27 against the FitVending tenant (company 765). 1,355,111 card payments, 2023 to 2026. 🔴 Two caveats: 2,523 rows (0.19%) carry a 2013 date, which is a default value and not a sale; and 99.1% of payments carry no machine identifier, so the 204 machines come from the planogram table, not the sales table.
