What was happening
Managing mid-term rentals is, above all, paperwork with dates: one contract per tenant, a payment schedule per contract, and a signature that has to arrive before they move in.
In Gufi the 80 properties, their 26 contracts and the 114 instalments they generate are one chained record: the contract knows which flat it is, the instalments know which contract they come from, and the signature arrives through a link to the tenant portal.
