What was happening
The usual thing when starting in vending is to grow and, with each new machine, discover another missing tool: first a spreadsheet for stock, then another for routes, then somewhere to look at faults.
Smart Vending started the other way round: with Nayax telemetry connected, the catalog loaded and 232 automations running from day one. The system doesn't have to grow with the estate — it's already there.
