What was happening
Martínez Marcos is a Spanish bulk-goods haulier — moving cement, aggregates and agricultural product in tankers and tippers across the Iberian Peninsula. A large fleet, hundreds of drivers and a mountain of compliance paperwork — ITV, insurance, tachograph, CAP and route authorizations — all had to be coordinated every single day.
Today loads are created and assigned to driver, tractor and trailer from one screen, with live status from pending to delivered. Each driver logs in with a PIN, sees their loads, and uploads delivery notes and signatures from the road. And every fleet document carries its expiry date in one place, instead of slipping through and immobilising a truck.

What changed
Dispatch, drivers and compliance now live in one place — every load assigned, every document tracked, every trip visible.
