What was happening
Singular runs three businesses under one roof: a premium car-rental and renting fleet, a high-volume used-car dealership, and a public website. As each line grew, so did the spreadsheets, the paper contracts and the manual invoicing behind every vehicle.
Now all three run on the same data. Clients sign online with ID verification, and the signed PDF, its timestamp and its audit trail are stored automatically. Purchase and sale invoices are generated and emailed for every vehicle with correlative numbering, and the website publishes categories, models and prices straight from Gufi: the site always matches the real fleet.

What changed
Singular runs its rental fleet, its used-car business and its website from one place — contracts are signed online and the invoices write themselves.

Live counts from Singular's Gufi instance, June 2026. These are real cumulative volume; “100% digital” describes the current operating model, not a measured before/after delta.
