Gufi
AI-native ERP

An AI-native ERP: your AI builds it, works in it and changes it

Most ERPs add a chatbot on top of screens someone else designed. In Gufi the AI is how the system gets made: Claude or ChatGPT, connected to your company, creates the data model, the apps and the automations, and keeps working with your records after that.

AI on top of an ERP is not the same thing

What usually gets sold as an AI ERP, and why it does not change how the system fits you.

A chatbot that can only answer

The assistant reads reports and summarises them, but it cannot add a field, change a screen or automate a step. For that you are back to the vendor and the consultant.

Their AI, their limits

The AI inside a packaged ERP is whatever the vendor chose, priced as an add-on per user. You cannot bring the assistant your team already uses every day.

Building with AI, then hosting it yourself

Generating an app with an AI coding tool is fast; running it for a company is not. Logins, roles, backups, an audit trail and somewhere for the data to live become your problem.

What AI-native means here

Gufi exposes your company to your AI through an MCP connector: the open protocol that Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants use to work with outside systems. Once connected, your assistant can read Gufi's guides, see your tables, create new ones, build apps, write automations and work with records, always inside your company and with the permissions of your role.

Everything it builds lands in Gufi, not in a chat history. The tables are real tables in your own database, the apps are screens your team opens on desktop or phone, and the automations run on their own. You can see each piece, change it by hand or ask your AI to change it.

Gufi does the part an AI should not improvise: logins, roles and permissions, a separate database per company, backups, versions of every app and automation, and an audit log of every change to the data.

How it gets built

Your AI does the building. Gufi is where it lives: the database, the apps, the automations and the people who use them.

  1. 1

Create your company in Gufi. It gets its own database, separate from every other company. The trial needs no card.

  2. 2

    Connect your AI

Add Gufi as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT. It is one address to paste; the Connect AI screen in Gufi walks you through it.

  3. 3

    Describe how you work

Say what you sell, what you buy, what you hold and who does what. Your AI creates the tables, the screens and the automations, and you see each one appear in Gufi.

  4. 4

    Bring your team

Invite everyone who needs it, each with a role that shows them only their part. Adding people does not add a licence.

What you ask, what it does

Real requests, written the way a manager writes them. Each one becomes tables, screens or automations in Gufi.

  • “Track our quotes: customer, lines, discount, status, and a PDF we can send.”

Creates the Quotes and Quote Lines tables, a quotes app with totals, and a PDF document with your layout.

  • “When a quote is accepted, turn it into an order and tell the warehouse.”

Adds an automation on the status change that creates the order and posts a task for the warehouse role.

  • “Import this Excel of 2,000 products and match them to our suppliers.”

Reads the file, maps the columns, links each product to its supplier and reports the rows it could not match.

  • “Show me which customers have not ordered in 90 days.”

Queries your data and answers, and if you want it every week, saves it as a dashboard.

  • “Add the customer's VAT number to quotes and print it on the PDF.”

Adds the field, puts it on the form and the document, and keeps the quotes you already have.

How long it takes

  1. First 5 minutesSign up, copy the connector address and add it to Claude or ChatGPT.
  2. First hourYour first tables and a working app, built from a conversation.
  3. After thatYou keep asking. Each change is saved as a new version you can go back from.
