Bills of materials, purchasing, stores, work in progress, production planning and export paperwork. Describe how your plant runs and your AI builds it in Gufi, one table and one screen at a time. The first app works in the first hour.
Build your ERP freeWhat a plant of 10 to 50 people runs into when the system is a spreadsheet, paper cards or an ERP built for someone bigger.
Material goes out for heat treatment, comes back, moves through grinding, polishing and QC. On paper process cards and a spreadsheet, the question "how many are at polishing right now?" takes a walk round the factory.
OEM and contract customers send orders with their codes, not yours. Matching them by memory is how the wrong finish ends up in the wrong carton.
The same order is written into a proforma, then a planning sheet, then a packing list and the carton labels. Each copy is another chance for a quantity or a price to be wrong.
Manufacturing ERPs price per seat and expect you to adopt their routing model. A plant of 20 people does not need a six-month implementation to know its stock.
Your AI does the building. Gufi is where it lives: the database, the apps, the automations and the people who use them.
Create your company in Gufi. It gets its own database, separate from every other company. The trial needs no card.
Add Gufi as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT. It is one address to paste; the Connect AI screen in Gufi walks you through it.
Say what you sell, what you buy, what you hold and who does what. Your AI creates the tables, the screens and the automations, and you see each one appear in Gufi.
Invite everyone who needs it, each with a role that shows them only their part. Adding people does not add a licence.
Every item you make, and what it is made of.
From the order to the goods on the shelf.
Stock where it really is, with every movement.
What went into each department and what came out.
What to make, for which order, by when.
One record of the order, every document printed from it.
Drawings and procedures, always the right revision.
Who changed what, and when.
When a goods received note is saved, raw material stock goes up, and the rejected quantity is logged against the supplier.
When a batch is sent out for plating or heat treatment, a gate pass is printed and the batch shows as out; when it comes back, the quantity returned is checked against the quantity sent.
Each process records quantity in and quantity out, so WIP per department is a live number, not a count at the end of the week.
A new revision of a proforma keeps the previous one, and the planning sheet follows the latest approved revision.
Every carton label prints the customer's own part number from the OEM mapping, next to your SKU and the batch.
You build it, so there is no implementation fee. Try everything free, then pay for what your company uses.

€50 of Gufi AI included every month. Plus what you use:
Example: a team of 5 with the database on during office hours (10 h a day, 22 days) comes to about €75 a month. The database sleeps when nobody uses it, and asleep it uses no CPU.
Rather have our team build it for you? That is a separate route with a monthly fee: see how it works. Full details on the pricing page.
Yes. A bill of materials is a table that links each finished item to its components and quantities, and a process route is the list of processes an item goes through. Your AI builds both from how you describe your products.
