The Gufi CRM module: email templates grouped by stage, with the strategies, templates and queue tabs

No setup fee. Monthly, no lock-in.

The sequence

A contact comes in and the rest happens on its own. Until they reply.

A sequence is a list of steps with their days. The contact enters through its audience, each step leaves the queue when it is due, and the next one only goes out if the previous one got no reply.

Steps run by position: change the order of the list and you change the order they go out in. There is no hidden identifier deciding on its own.

The record

What happened with each client, in one place.

The company, the people inside it, what you are discussing and what is left to do. Activity is attributed to whoever did it, so «someone called them» stops being an answer.

Accounts

The company, its industry, its site and everything hanging off it.

Contacts

The people inside, with their role and their verified email.

Deals

Which stage each one is in and what moves it to the next.

Tasks

What has to happen today, with a reminder so it does not slip.

Activity

Emails, replies and notes, signed by whoever made them.

Sequences

Who is enrolled, how far along they are and who already replied.

The mail rail

Mail goes out on its own rail. And it brakes by itself.

This is not «connect your Gmail and pray». Sending runs on our Amazon SES account, with our own domains, aligned DKIM and DMARC, a per-inbox quota that climbs slowly and a brake that cuts in before the account goes under review.

Verified inboxes only

An unverified contact gets nothing. Measured on our own outreach: all 35 bounces that month came from unverified contacts; of the verified ones, 0 in 848.

Per-inbox warm-up

It starts at 20 a day and climbs a little on each sending day. After a long pause it starts over: counting idle days as if it had been sending is what burns a domain.

Automatic brake

The curve freezes itself if bounces pass 2.5% or complaints 0.05%. The brake was built before the tap, in that order.

Replies come back

Inbound mail is collected, stamps the reply on the contact's record and stops their follow-ups. An auto-reply stops nothing.

What this is NOT: a trick to avoid the spam folder. If the content is not interesting, this only makes that obvious sooner and with less damage.

Who uses it

We do. Every day.

The capture above is not a mock-up with sample data: those are the templates Gufi runs its own outreach with, grouped by stage and with their queue. The product we show you is the one we have open while we show it to you.

Which is why we find what breaks before you do: the first place it hurts is in here.
